ACTION 1 – PREPARATORY ACTIONS

Action 1.1

1.1    The agreement protocol amongst the SMEs of the Marche nautical consortium and the other public and private organizations will be useful to achieve the Environmental Compliance Assistance Programme for SMEs. The Memorandum of Understanding is an open instrument, so nautical sector SMEs, or any public-private subject interessed in joining this path can subscribe it during the implementation of E.NA. project.

Subscribe the Memorandum of Understanding

It's possible to sign the Memorandum of Understanding with a simplified procedure. The stakeholders involved, wanting to share the path taken by the Project ENA, can download the subscription application form and anticipate it by fax to n. ° 0721 359 2409. It will be possible then deliver the original copy to the Province of Pesaro and Urbino at a later time (by post or by hand delivery)

You must indicate the place and date of signature, and the company stamp has to be added near the signature of the legal representative. For more information: progettoena@provincia.ps.it

Action 1.2

1.2    The objective of the action 1.2 is to reinforce knowledge and skills regarding environmental issues of management and operators belonging to the naval sector and chain. This will happen towards conventions, workshops and awareness and information processes.
This is the reason why relating to the project ENA, events and activities were organized with two main objectives: firstly to disseminate and strengthen the environmental know-how and skills, as already pointed out, between companies and stakeholders located in the Marche region.
On the other hand they are functional to promote and publicize the program ENA, trying to recover a series of contacts with potential collaborators and stakeholders useful for the end of the project, that is to say (in order to optimize time and resources some activities include both the development of 'action 1.2 and 1.3):

3.    information courses 4 e 5 (1.2 e 1.3)

5.    Fano Yacht Festival (1.2 e 1.3)

The methodology applied in the development of the action has been selected taking into account the defined issues and targets. For the training needs research, it was decided to set up two different research approaches (quantitative and qualitative)  according to the target audience (governance and operational level). Relating to the
information process, different ways have been selected, depending on the target audience: conferences, workshops, lectures and online meetings and exhibitions during different events.
The main results achieved show a good attendance and a good number of contacts.
In particular, leading organizations and associations located in the Marche region, , participated in the events and they obviously showed interest in the project ENA, for the issues that it develops.
So with reference to the promotion and advertising of the project ENA amongst the associations and organizations, the objective has been fully achieved.
The activities carried out within this action have been reported in report 4.

The activities carried out within this action have been reported on Report 4 (Report_04_action_1.2_1.3_ final report), quoted in 1.2. Attached to the same report, you can find the table "master template material product" that shows all the material produced in the action 1.3.amongst the associations and organizations, the objective has been fully achieved.

Action 1.4

1.4    the aim of the action 1.4 was to promote an awareness and information process, planned in actions 1.2 and 1.3 by the University of Urbino. The development of the actions 1.2 and 1.3 allowed us to plan various events:

L’organizzazione dei percorsi in-formativi è stata effettuata tenendo conto della localizzazione delle imprese Marchigiane e in base al target di riferimento: convegni, workshop, incontri frontali e spazi espositivi all’interno di manifestazioni/eventi.
Ovviamente si è provveduto a organizzare per ogni singolo evento una segreteria organizzativa per la registrazione dei partecipanti.
La promozione degli eventi (questionario fabbisogni informativi e attività programmate) è stata implementata con una metodologia di tipo “top-down”, ovvero si è cercato di coinvolgere e convincere della validità dei corsi gli imprenditori delle PMI della filiera nautica; questi, poi, avrebbero dovuto coinvolgere a cascata i loro dipendenti.
La promozione è avvenuta con la seguente metodologia:
1) Selezione delle imprese, delle associazioni e degli enti marchigiani interessate dai corsi di sensibilizzazione e in-formazione.
2) Attivazione di canali convenzionali e non per la promozione (media, manifesti, locandine, chiamate telefoniche,visite dirette in azienda).
3) Programmazione di un evento di lancio per pubblicizzare i corsi (Convegno del 21/01/2012)
Le iniziative sono state attuate da tutti i partners beneficiari di questa azione, CNM, CCIAA, Provincia di Ancona.
Le attività svolte all’interno di questa azione sono state riportate ed approfondite nel “Report 04_azione.1.2_1.3_report finale”, citato nell’sottoazione 1.2 In allegato allo stesso report è possibile trovare la tabella “schema generale materiale prodotto” che riporta tutto il materiale prodotto all’interno dell’azione 1.2, 1.3 e 1.4
