Project phases

ACTION 1 – PRELIMINARY PHASES

1.1    The agreement protocol amongst the SMEs of the Marche nautical consortium and the other public and private organizations will be useful to achieve the Environmental Compliance Assistance Programme for SMEs.

1.2    Creation of a training and sensitization programme for SMEs of the nautical field, based on the integration of environmental difficulties in the manufacturing processes, in particular referring to Guideline 2005/32/EC Carbon footprint, environment and eco management and life cycle assessment (LCA).

1.3    Creation of a training and sensitization programme for shipyards and nautical field operators in order to support the development through the Bio human monitoring and the reduction of the polluting emissions.

1.4    Organization of the following training courses for nautical SMEs:

• How to integrate the environmental aspect with the manufacturing processes being respectful of the  Guideline 2005/32/EC Carbon footprint, environment and eco management and life cycle assessment (LCA).
•  Human bio monitoring applied to the nautical segment.

ACTION 2 – DEVELOPMENT PHASE

2.1 RESEARCH ON THE PHENOMENON OF POLLUTION on working environment, starting from pleasure crafts to the definitive arrangements.

2.2 RESEARCH ON INDUSTRIAL WASTE generated during the production of composite watercraft.

2.3 RESEARCH ON  ARCHITECTURAL BARRIERS generated during the production of composite watercraft.

2.4 RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING OF THE MOST EXCELLENT TECNIQUES AND TECHNOLOGIES TO REDUCE CHEMICAL POLLUTION through new materials, control\monitoring\flow\removal of polluting emissions and individual protective devices.

2.5 RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING OF THE MOST EXCELLENT TECNIQUES AND TECHNOLOGIES TO IMPROVE ENVIRONMENTAL AND ENERGETIC SUSTAINABILITY, through waste recycle and saving energy during the production cycle of pleasure crafts.

2.6 RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND TESTING OF THE MOST EXCELLENT TECNIQUES AND TECHNOLOGIES TO IMPROVE SOCIAL SUSTAINABILITY OF CYCLE USE

ACTION  3 - IMPLEMENTATION

3.1 PRODUCTION OF A SUSTAINABLE PROTOTYPE WATERCRAFT

3.2 EXPERIMENTAL ACCOMPLISHMENT to collect and to manage watercraft’s waste and scraps.

ACTION  4 - DISSEMINATION

4.1 development of  a diffusion and dissemination plan

5.1 Overall project management

5.2 Monitoring (outer assessment, communication plan at the end of the project, report on activities ).
